Angela Maria was born in Anserma, Caldas. She is 23 years old living and working with her family on their farm. Her family have always been coffee growers and she is part of the new generation looking to continue this tradition. On the small 1.6Ha farm they have planted 1.3Ha worth of coffee.

Harvest happens through the months of October - December in the main harvest and then March - June as part of the traviesa (fly crop). During the harvest the family work on the farm to collect, pulp and dry the coffee. The coffee is left to dry ferment for 12-18 hours (weather depending) and then is washed and left out to dry for 7-10 days.

Tasting notes - Ripe cherry, mandarin and plum with a dark chocolate body.
